The location was convenient, directly connected to the station.
A long walk was necessary. The check-in process seemed inefficient. I waited longer than expected despite arriving during the designated check-in time, a letdown after a long journey.

fantastic locationsimple day tripslong walkstroller issue
the location is fantastic! it sits right above the railway station, so day trips are simple. i found fantastic restaurants within the hotel and nearby.. cafes, restaurants, and bars were all close.
access to the hotel is directly through the north-south passageway outside the shinkansen gates. it is a bit of a walk and those with strollers might take longer to get there. i stayed when there was a problem with the shinkansen, and all trains faced delays.
